Court Appointed Valuation – Single Joint Expert
If two parties do not agree on the valuation of their property, a court can contact Perry Hill Chartered Surveyors for an independent valuation service. We also act as a witness in court proceedings to verify and explain our property valuations.

A matrimonial valuation refers to a property valuation carried out by a Chartered Surveyor to provide an accurate value of a property, which can be used as part of separation and divorce proceedings.
Matrimonial valuation services can be undertaken by qualified Chartered Surveyors on behalf of one of the parties involved in divorce proceedings. In some circumstances, both parties may jointly instruct a property valuation and this is something which a RICS Chartered Surveyor is happy to help with.
