Where properties from part of a sea wall, pier, or substructure that is built over water, we have access to a Bombard 535, ridged Inflatable boat that forms a stable and safe working platform for access to hard to access seaside or waterfront properties.

With access to the Southeast and Southwest, our chartered surveyors are RYA qualified helmsmen, affording clients the option of appointing Perry Hill to survey hard to reach (waterside) properties.

Our Rib allows our Chartered Surveyors to assess the property quickly and efficiently, be it a pier, retaining wall, sea wall or building elevation that cannot be surveyed from land.

The use of a purpose-built stable craft is beneficial for our clients in terms of access but also to  permit surveys of elements of properties that would otherwise be inaccessible.

Please note, we cannot always guarantee that access for watercraft is available at the survey address, when considering sea conditions and tidal movements.
